In this exciting and dramatic dance musical, an African Warrior is captured and taken through the Atlantic slave trade. Using African-American negro spirituals, blues, African, and lyrical dance, this piece fervently explores places of deepest emotions on a journey to FREEDOM.

About the Event
An African Warrior is captured and taken into captivity. Using African-American spirituals, gospel songs, blues, and dance fervently explores the places of deepest grief as the captured slave takes the audience on a journey through the diaspora.
